Cross-tenant invoice access via unchecked record IDs
Published Apr 27, 2026 · Updated Apr 27, 2026
Improper authorization in Code Projects Invoice System in Laravel 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or edit other tenants' invoices. The /invoice/{id} GET and PUT handlers retrieve raw invoice IDs without checking that company_id matches the requesting user's company. A low-privilege account can enumerate another tenant's ID to expose billing data or alter invoice amounts and statuses.
