Undisclosed vulnerability in Oracle Web Services Manager 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTPS. Oracle has identified only the Web Services Security component and has not published the failing endpoint, request-processing flaw, or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted input. Exposure requires network reachability to the HTTPS interface and no credentials or user interaction, but public records do not disclose whether takeover is achieved through code execution or another administrative compromise path.
