Access control flaw in Oracle Helidon 3.2.19 allows remote attackers to read and modify application data via a user-assisted HTTP request. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint or the flawed request handling in the Imperative Web Server that authorizes those read and write operations. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires victim interaction, and published impact is limited to reading a subset of Helidon-accessible data and modifying some accessible records.
