Unauthorized data modification via undisclosed access-control flaw
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11.2.25.0.000 allows local users to modify accessible data via local access. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Security component and has not published the specific code path or the operation that fails to enforce authorization. Reachability requires logon to the infrastructure where the product runs and user interaction by another person, and Oracle bounds the result to unauthorized insert, update, or delete access to some data rather than full takeover.
