A Core component flaw in Oracle Identity Manager 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows remote attackers to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint, request structure, or the wrong operation performed on attacker-controlled input. The flaw requires no credentials or user interaction and grants control of the identity-management service, including its data and availability.
