Access and security flaw in Oracle Data Relationship Management 11.2.25.0.000 allows remote attackers to take over the server via TCP. Oracle has not disclosed the vulnerable endpoint or the flawed operation in the access and security component, and no patch diff, CWE mapping, or deeper technical advisory was available from the CVE record, Oracle’s August 18, 2026 CSPU, or NVD’s August 20, 2026 enrichment state. Exposure requires only network reachability to the affected service with no authentication or user interaction, and Oracle rates the result as complete compromise with scope change.
