Application takeover via undisclosed access control flaw

Access control flaw in PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Common Objects Brazil 9.1 allows application takeover by remote authenticated users via T3 or IIOP. Oracle has not disclosed the exact code path or unsafe operation in the Common Objects component, and the public record names only T3 and IIOP as the reachable interfaces; NVD later shows CISA ADP mappings to improper access control and missing authentication for a critical function. Exploitation requires high privileges plus network reachability to those services, so exposure is limited to environments that permit administrative or integration access over those protocols, but successful compromise is scoped to full application takeover.
