Low-privilege data disclosure and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Access control vulnerability in Oracle Loans 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected area only as Internal Operations and has not published the request path, code locus, or the authorization failure, so the public mechanism remains undisclosed. Exploitation requires valid low-privilege application credentials and network reachability to the HTTP interface, and the reported impact is unauthorized disclosure of Oracle Loans data plus unauthorized insert, update, or delete actions within the product's access scope.
