Improper access control in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11.2.25.0.000 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTPS. Oracle identifies only the Security component and has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the access-control operation that mishandles requests. Network access without authentication is sufficient, but exploitation requires high attack complexity and can expose, create, delete, or modify all application-accessible data.
