Authorization flaw in Oracle Call Center Technology 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the bug is in the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected request, function, or trust boundary that mishandles input or authorization state. Exploitation requires valid high-privilege application credentials and network reachability to the HTTP interface; public records do not report active exploitation or a narrower root cause as of August 20, 2026.
