Low-privileged takeover over HTTP
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Authentication-required flaw in Oracle Call Center Technology 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle lists the issue only in the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected endpoint, input, or unsafe operation, so the underlying bug class remains undisclosed in public records. Exploitation requires low-privileged application access and network reachability to the HTTP interface, and Oracle scores the result as full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
