CVE-2026-70807Network attack vector

Sensitive-data access and record tampering

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026

Improper access control in Oracle Call Center Technology 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 lets remote authenticated users read and modify data over HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected endpoint, code path, or incorrect operation on untrusted input. Reachability requires valid low-privilege application credentials and network access to the HTTP interface, and the published impact is bounded to confidentiality exposure and unauthorized update, insert, or delete access rather than code execution or service interruption.
