High-privilege data compromise in Regression Testing
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
A vulnerability in Regression Testing in Oracle Public Sector Human Resources 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 lets remote authenticated users read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Regression Testing component and has not published the affected endpoint, function, or the wrong operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation requires high-privilege application access over the network, and successful attacks can read critical records and create, delete, or modify accessible Human Resources data, with Oracle noting possible scope change into additional products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
