Authenticated data modification via undisclosed access control
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle General Ledger 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to modify data via HTTP. Oracle describes the affected locus only as Internal Operations and, in the public records reviewed, does not disclose the request, function, or validation failure that grants the extra access. Reachability requires low-privileged application access over the network; successful exploitation can also expose some ledger data and cause a partial service interrupt.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
