Authentication flaw in Oracle Applications Platform Engineering 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to take over the product via Oracle Net. Oracle identifies the affected locus as the Valid Session component, but public records do not disclose what session state is trusted incorrectly or what check on unauthenticated input fails. Reachability requires Oracle Net exposure and no prior account, and the published impact is full compromise of the component rather than a bounded read-only or denial-of-service outcome.
