Vulnerability in Oracle Service Contracts in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP requests. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Internal Operations component and has not published which request path or authorization check performs the wrong operation on untrusted input. Reachability is unauthenticated over the network with high attack complexity, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity of Oracle Service Contracts data rather than service interruption.
