Unauthenticated adjacent-network data read and write
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Access control flaw in Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting 11.2.25.0.000 allows physically proximate attackers to read and modify data via TLS. Oracle discloses only the Server component and adjacent-network TLS reachability; the request path, function, and trust check that mishandles untrusted peer input remain undisclosed in retrieved public records. Reachability requires access to the physical communication segment attached to the host, limiting exposure to shared-layer network positions rather than general internet access, but successful exploitation can both disclose and alter application data.
