Data modification and disclosure to low-privileged attackers
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Authorization flaw in Oracle Customer Care 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle places the issue in the Internal Operations component, but the vendor has not published the vulnerable endpoint or the exact trust failure; the public CNA-linked record only shows access-control and user-controlled-key weakness mappings. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account and human interaction from another person, and published impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity loss, with possible scope change to connected products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
