CVE-2026-70763Network attack vector

Remote authenticated application takeover

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026

Flaw in Oracle Operations Intelligence 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle places the issue in the Daily Business Intelligence component but has not published the affected endpoint, code path, or the incorrect operation on untrusted input, so the underlying bug class remains undisclosed. Reachability requires valid low-privilege credentials and HTTP access to the Oracle E-Business Suite deployment; Oracle rates attack complexity high, but successful exploitation is stated to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the application.
