Authenticated takeover via undisclosed HTTP flaw

A vulnerability in Internal Operations in Oracle Risk Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Internal Operations component and has not published the affected endpoint, function, or unsafe operation on attacker-controlled input. Reachability requires valid low-privilege application credentials and network access to the HTTP interface, but successful exploitation yields full compromise of the Oracle Risk Management instance.
