CVE-2026-70760Network attack vector

Low-privilege data access and modification

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026

Oracle Order Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 has an undisclosed flaw that grants authenticated data read and write access over HTTP. Oracle names the affected component as Product Diagnostic Tools but has not published the endpoint, function, or authorization check that mishandles attacker-supplied requests. Low-privileged application access and network reachability to the HTTP interface are required, and Oracle describes the consequence as unauthorized reads of critical data plus some insert, update, or delete capability, with no stated availability impact.
