Oracle WebLogic Server Core in four supported releases allows remote attackers to take over servers through T3 or IIOP. Oracle has not publicly disclosed the flawed Core operation or how crafted T3 or IIOP traffic triggers the compromise. Network access to a listening T3 or IIOP endpoint is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control of the affected server in versions 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0.
