CVE-2026-70743Network attack vector

Data exposure and partial DoS via access control

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Improper access control in the Server component in Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting 11.2.25.0.000 allows remote attackers to read data via HTTPS. Oracle has not disclosed the exact locus, but the CNA record and Oracle risk matrix describe an HTTPS-reachable server-side access-control failure rather than an integrity-changing bug. No authentication or user interaction is required; impact is bounded to unauthorized disclosure of all accessible data and partial service degradation, with no reported data modification or code execution.
