Oracle Enterprise Manager for Systems Infrastructure 13.5 and 24.1 allows remote authenticated users to take over the service via HTTP. Oracle has not published the implementation-level flaw or the crafted request that triggers it in the Storage Server Management component. A low-privileged account and network reachability to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation grants full control of the managed service and its data.
