CVE-2026-70722Network attack vector

Unauthenticated data tampering and partial disruption

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Access control flaw in Oracle Advanced Inbound Telephony 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 lets remote attackers modify data and partially disrupt service via HTTPS. Oracle’s August 2026 advisory identifies the affected area only as Internal Operations and does not disclose the request path, function, or validation failure that lets unauthenticated input reach privileged data-changing operations. Exposure is limited to deployments that publish the HTTPS interface; published impact is integrity loss and partial denial of service, with no public evidence in the checked records of confidentiality impact or full takeover for this CVE.
