Improper access control in Oracle Helidon 4.5.0 allows remote attackers to modify critical data through the Imperative Web Server. Oracle has not published the flawed method, request field, or access-control check that mishandles untrusted HTTP input. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require network access over HTTP and high attack complexity; successful attacks can create, delete, or modify Helidon-accessible data.
