Low-privilege takeover via undisclosed flaw
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Authentication flaw in Oracle Sales for Handhelds 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Internal Operations component and has not disclosed the failing function, input handling mistake, or request pattern that turns low-privilege HTTP access into full application compromise. Exposure requires valid low-privilege credentials and network reachability to the HTTP interface; public sources do not show whether the issue stops at the application tier or enables underlying host access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
