CVE-2026-7069Public exploit

Code execution via unchecked port-mapping description copy

Published Apr 27, 2026 · Updated Apr 27, 2026

Stack buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-825 3.00b32 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory through a crafted UPnP request. AddPortMapping processes an oversized NewPortMappingDescription value without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds. The low-privilege local-network gate limits reachability; successful corruption permits a miniupnpd crash or code execution on the router.
