Blind SSRF via redirects and DNS rebinding

SSRF in Netflix Lemur before 1.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services via certificate revocation URLs. In lemur/certificates/verify.py, _validate_revocation_url vetted the original CRL or OCSP URL, but crl_verify then let requests.get follow redirects and both revocation paths resolved the host again later, so a public URL could pivot to loopback, RFC1918, link-local, or metadata addresses. Reachability requires an operator-role user who can upload a certificate through POST /api/1/certificates/upload; the result is blind backend requests and related side effects rather than direct response disclosure.
