Privilege escalation via unvalidated DCR scopes

Improper authorization in Doorkeeper OpenID Connect before 1.10.4 allows remote attackers to claim unintended OAuth scopes through DCR. DynamicClientRegistrationController#application_params assigns params[:scope] directly to application scopes without checking configured or optional scopes. Exploitation requires mounted DCR routes, open self-registration, disabled configured-scope enforcement and meaningful server scopes; the client can present unintended privileges at consent.
