Process crash via unchecked multi-frame height multiplication

Integer overflow in libvips before 8.18.3 allows local users to crash an image-processing process via a crafted multi-page TIFF. VipsForeignLoadMagick in magick6load.c and magick7load.c multiplies each frame's Ysize by n_frames without checking the result before assigning the combined height. The path is reachable only in builds without libtiff and with ImageMagick support, and a successful trigger interrupts only the process handling the image.
