Code execution via CFHD row-width overflow

Out-of-bounds heap write in FFmpeg 4.4 and later before 9.0 allows attackers to execute code by processing a crafted AVI file. The cfhd_decode() transform-type-2 path fails to enforce the non-Bayer logical output width, so horiz_filter_clip() writes oversized 16-bit rows beyond the allocated frame buffer. Processing attacker-supplied CFHD content is required, and corruption of a live cleanup callback pointer enables code execution in the FFmpeg process.
