Code execution via wrapped DVB subtitle bounds check

Integer overflow in FFmpeg before 9.0 allows local users to corrupt heap memory by supplying a crafted WTV file. The DVB subtitle parser adds attacker-controlled packet length to a signed buffer index; the guard wraps to INT_MIN and permits memcpy() beyond the heap allocation. A local user must cause FFmpeg or a consuming application to parse the file, enabling memory corruption and code execution in that process.
