CVE-2026-70620Public exploitNetwork attack vector

SSRF via unvalidated embedding endpoint URL

Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026

SSRF in Odysseus before commit 87babb5 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal hosts through the embedding endpoint. POST /api/embeddings/endpoint passes its URL field directly to httpx.post without scheme, host, or address validation and exposes portions of error responses. Administrative access is required; requests can reach link-local metadata or internal services visible to the server, but private endpoints remain an intended feature.
