Server-account shell access via authorized_keys newline injection

CRLF injection in boringproxy through 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain a server-account shell via tunnel creation. The tunnel-creation path checks the domain parameter only for emptiness, then formats it into a line appended to the server account's authorized_keys file without rejecting embedded newlines. A low-privileged token that permits tunnel creation is sufficient to add an unrestricted key, retain shell access across service restarts, and read stored tokens, tunnel keys, and TLS certificates.
