Unauthenticated command execution via shell-interpolated Docker arguments

OS command injection in Toowiredd ChatGPT MCP Server 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through MCP/HTTP tool arguments. DockerService.executeCommand interpolates container names, image names, and command values into a docker shell string passed to child_process.exec without neutralization. Reaching an exposed MCP/HTTP tool handler is sufficient, and injected commands run with the server process's privileges without user interaction.
