Local code execution via parent PID race

A TOCTOU race in affected Electron releases allows local users to run code inside a signed macOS app via a spoofed parent process. The parent code-signature check uses a mutable process identifier rather than binding verification to the macOS audit token, allowing the checked identity to change before use. Exposure requires fuse-based restrictions for ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE or NODE_OPTIONS; successful exploitation inherits the app's TCC permissions and keychain access.
