Internal network probing via unprotected image fetch

SSRF in Ghost 0.10.0 through 6.54.0 allows remote authenticated users to make blind HTTP GET requests to internal hosts. The image-size fetch path downloaded full images with a generic request client instead of Ghost's externalRequest client, bypassing its SSRF protections. Any staff-level account can supply the image URL; responses are not returned, limiting the demonstrated impact to internal-host and open-port probing.
