Authenticated attachment disclosure via unchecked integer ID
Published Aug 7, 2026 · Updated Aug 7, 2026
IDOR in TestLink 1.9.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary attachments through attachmentdownload.php. The GUI path accepts a positive integer attachment ID, retrieves the matching record by ID alone, and streams its content without checking project membership or role authorization. Any authenticated account, including a guest in an unrelated project, can enumerate sequential IDs and expose private test specifications, requirements, execution evidence, and other uploads.
