Unauthenticated file write via unvalidated upload path

Unrestricted file upload in DataLinkDC Dinky 1.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via a crafted path. The uploadFromRsByLocal handler supplies the unvalidated path directly to File and transferTo after comparing a header with a hardcoded default token. Network access and the shipped token suffice; writes run as the service account and can replace web assets immediately or execute code after restart.
