Authentication bypass via arbitrary AJAX file dispatch

Authentication bypass in MaxSite CMS 109.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to reach admin-gated AJAX endpoints without credentials. The AJAX dispatcher accepts any X-Requested-With value, decodes a base64 path, and includes any existing file whose name matches the *-ajax.php pattern. No account is required; reachable plugin handlers can perform privileged operations, including changing poll states and vote counts.
