Authenticated cross-form access via unchecked form_id authorization

Missing authorization in Forms RB 1.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read, alter, or delete data from unowned forms. Six handlers in app/api.php trust the request-supplied form_id when reading submissions, changing form options, or deleting records without verifying that the caller owns the selected form. Contributor-level WordPress access is required, and the impact is confined to form submissions and configuration rather than site administration.
