SSRF in Open WebUI 0.9.0 through 0.10.2 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP responses via NAT64-encoded URLs. URL validation and connect-time checks apply ipaddress.is_global to literal IPv6 addresses without inspecting embedded IPv4 destinations. Exploitation requires a verified account and NAT64 gateway; it exposes reachable metadata and internal-service response bodies.
