Account takeover via unbound OAuth access tokens

Improper authentication in Open WebUI 0.8.0 and later, before 0.11.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via OAuth token exchange. The token_exchange handler submits a caller-supplied provider token to userinfo but never verifies the OAuth client that received it. Exploitation requires ENABLE_OAUTH_TOKEN_EXCHANGE=True and an access token for an existing user; the issued session inherits that user's role.
