Cross-tenant data disclosure via unscoped upsert-history query

Missing authorization in Flowise before 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to read server-wide upsert history across workspaces. GET /api/v1/upsert-history passes no workspace-bound identifier to the history query, so it returns global records containing vector store URLs, collection names, and pipeline settings. Any low-privileged account can retrieve other tenants' configuration data; repeated oversized responses can also consume service resources.
