Cross-workspace OpenAI resource manipulation via unscoped credential lookup

Incorrect authorization in Flowise before 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to access another workspace's OpenAI resources. The openai-assistants-vector-store controller forwards the client-controlled credential query value to a service that selects and decrypts a credential by ID without constraining the lookup to the active workspace. Assistants feature access and knowledge of another workspace's credential ID are required; successful requests can read, modify, or delete that workspace's vector stores and files and charge its OpenAI account.
