Authenticated code execution via unrestricted SpEL evaluation
Published Apr 26, 2026 · Updated Apr 26, 2026
SpEL injection in baomidou dynamic-datasource 2.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted data-source key. DsSpelExpressionProcessor#doDetermineDatasource evaluates an @DS key with an unrestricted StandardEvaluationContext, permitting type references and constructors. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled request data into the annotated method parameter; code runs with the hosting JVM's privileges.
