Credential ID disclosure via unchecked HTTP endpoints
Published Aug 5, 2026 · Updated Aug 5, 2026
Missing authorization in Jenkins CodeSonar Plugin 3.6.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate stored credential IDs. Several HTTP endpoints return credential identifiers without authorization checks; Jenkins has not published their names or request parameters. Overall/Read access is required, and the identifiers do not reveal secret values directly but can support credential capture through another flaw.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
