Missing authorization in Jenkins XML Job to Job DSL Plugin 0.1.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke job conversion. The conversion endpoints omit Overall/Read and Item/Extended Read checks, exposing readable job configurations and allowing any caller to replace generated output in userContent. Configuration access remains limited to jobs for which the requester has Item/Read permission, but no Jenkins account is required to invoke the conversion function.
