Bearer token recovery via timing side channel

Timing attack in Jenkins Webhook Secret Credentials Provider Plugin 16.v0cfa_f0215cf5 and earlier allows remote attackers to recover bearer tokens. The webhook authentication path compares the supplied Authorization bearer token with the configured token using a data-dependent equality operation rather than a constant-time function. An unauthenticated network attacker must collect enough response-timing samples; a recovered token authorizes credential-data updates through the plugin's HTTP POST endpoint.
